This policy explains what personal data ReportKit, operated by Yong Wang, 11A, Lorong Villa Mutiara 3, Bandar Tasek Mutiara, 14120 Simpang Ampat, Pulau Pinang, Malaysia, collects and why.

What we collect

• Email address: when you sign up for template links, updates or the pre-sale list. We use it to send what you asked for and occasional product updates. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
• Purchase data: when you buy, our Merchant of Record Creem (Armitage Labs OÜ, Estonia) collects your name, email, billing address/country and payment details as an independent controller under its own privacy policy. We receive your order details (name, email, product, country), but never your full card details.
• Analytics data: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see aggregate traffic, such as pages viewed, referrers, country and device. It does not use cookies or build profiles of individual visitors.
• Report data: none. Templates run inside your own Google account, and we can’t see your Google Ads, Analytics or Search Console data.

Service providers

• Creem (Armitage Labs OÜ, Estonia): checkout, payments, tax and invoicing, as Merchant of Record and independent controller. Privacy policy.
• MailerLite (MailerLite Limited, Ireland): email list and sending, as our processor. [PLACEHOLDER: update if another email service is used]
• Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc., USA): website hosting (Cloudflare Pages), security and cookieless Web Analytics, as our processor.

Data may be processed outside your country, including in the EU and USA, under the providers’ standard contractual safeguards.

Consent (newsletter, analytics cookies), contract (purchases), and legitimate interest (basic, cookieless site analytics and security).

Retention

We keep email subscribers until they unsubscribe, and order records for as long as tax law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its processing, by emailing [email protected] (placeholder). You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
